From rainy Boston...Virginia's brother, Neal; my father; uncle; and Leon have been surrounding Virginia these last days, envisioning her on the familiar ancient ways behind the house, with either a Dustin or Montana at her feet.
Out with Kathy and David on their boat
Heartbroken. Had the privilege of driving her home from ballroom on several occasions. Sometimes I would see her walking along State Road and I'd pick her up -- not because I was such a good friend, but because she was. Never missed an opportunity to spend time with her. Go in peace, sweet, gentle lady. Say hello to Dorothy for us and save us a dance. Joyce
ReplyDeleteYour family sounds wonderful, Katherine. I love that you are all envisioning a beautiful passage for Virginia. I feel sick that this has happened and admire how positive and beautiful your posts have been. I truly loved getting to know Virginia in our Yoga Teacher Training. She is such a beautiful and graceful and creative woman. I loved the classes that she taught during the training - they were filled with her humor and joyfulness. She was so graceful in the way she moved as she taught. I thank you for being our go-between in our communications. And thank you for including me in this blog. My love and sincere admiration are with Virginia and your family. Love, Martha
